I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the potty. My husband was able to set it up in a less than an hour (Small Elevated Canopy Model). Max and Daisy started using it right away and we are having fewer accidents in the house with each passing day. I've been using treats as rewards for using the potty and I think that is making a big difference also. Thanks for putting together such a quality product! (April 2008)

A note to say "Thank you for a great doggie litter box". I am happy with our Pet Patio Potty. I was a little skeptical to spend this much money on a litter box for my dog. I had been using a dog litter pan with scoopable cat litter, but I had to scoop his litter box at least 3 or 4 times a day or he would not use it. With your product, I love NOT SCOOPING DAILY and it is SO MUCH NICER LOOKING then a litter box! Thanks for a great product. (Feb 2008)

Just wanted to give you an update. Sophie came home on April 11 and she is doing great! She's doing very well with the Potty. She gets confused when she is in another room, though. I don't think she's quite figured out the lay of the land, so to speak, and gets lost. But, if she's in her room (the laundry room), she knows just what to do. She's doing VERY well! It's so easy to maintain -- the litter clumps are about the size of half a golf ball, and her poo is so tiny, it's just not a problem at all! (April 2008)

Piper has been doing awesome with the Potty. She uses it right away when I take her to it and she's starting to use it on her own now too. She caught on really really fast! I would have loved to have this when she was a puppy. I'm really happy with the way things are going and will gladly recommend your product to others. (March 2008)

I just wanted to let you know that I got my Patio Potty on Monday and it looks fantastic (Small Black PE Elevated Canopy model). The dogs were not scared of it at all, but seemed to think it was a new bed for them. It only took a day for Cloe to catch on. Jynx may need a little more coaching which I am hoping to do this week-end. I just wanted to thank you again and think you guys have a truly wonderful product that looks great! (May 2008)
