I received Annie's potty last Saturday 9/1 and had a chance to set it up 5 days ago on 9/5. Annie was a bit confused about it at first, but once I collected some of her urine on day #2 and sprinkled it on the fake grass, she knew right away what to do! We love it! We have had one rainstorm so far and the canopy performed well. I am still walking Annie onto the patio with a leash and guiding her to the potty, but hoping soon I can just open the door and have her go out without me and "do her business." Sept 2007

She caught on really quick; in fact, I think it was just two days after you sent your email suggesting taking the sod to the park (less than a week total). I think I told you originally that I had trained my puppy for about a month going indoors on puppy pads. It was just so cold outside. (For me anyway, don’t know about her). But, she is four months old now, and Spring is around the corner so I wanted her to start to go outdoors. I got the PPP on Thursday, set it up after work and my dog wouldn’t go anywhere near it. Friday was absolute hell, she refused to go in, and I refused to let her do anything else. She ended up with a huge mess in her crate. Saturday got better, and by Saturday night she not only uses it, she goes to the door and sits to be let out when she has to go. I am absolutely amazed that in 48 hours I went from a dog that constantly had accidents to a dog that is sitting at the door to go out. Thank you so much. This is the absolute best solution for a condo owner that I have ever seen. In fact, as I wrote this email my puppy ran to the door and scratched to go out. I am completely amazed. Great product, and worth every penny; thank you again. Now, if you could just come up with a product to convince college age kids that tattoos and piercing are NOT good ideas in the job market.
